The 57 ft Lady Ann and 65 ft Escape are the only 2 boats on Dauphin Island that are USCG approved to carry groups of more than 6 passengers for deep sea fishing.
These boats are fully equipped with all the comforts of home- fully enclosed air conditioned cabin, full bathroom with shower, coffee maker, Big Green Egg grill, bunks for sleeping, indoor and outdoor seating, dining area, microwave, and refrigerator. Both boats are also equipped with top notch, professional crews with many years of experience.
These prices below are for private charter trips with just your group on the boat.
Why are your trips so long and what is the advantage of booking a longer trip? Alabama’s coastal waters get deep very gradually, so we have to go out at least about 20 miles to target these reef / bottom fish species. Reef fish that we target include red snapper, vermillion snapper, triggerfish, amberjack, and grouper. What we target on your trip will depend on the length of your trip (the more time, the better) and the reef fish seasons. Travel time out to the deep sea fishing area will be about 1.5-2 hours, regardless of the length of the trip. So, a longer trip equals more fishing time to target more species. Make a day of it! Bring some burgers to throw on the Big Green Egg grill for lunch!
All trips depart from the Charter Boat Dock at Dauphin Island Marina, 650 LeMoyne Drive Dauphin Island, AL 36528. Reservations are required. 50% deposit required. A 30 day notice prior to the trip date is required for a refund on all day trips (12 hours or less). A 60 day notice prior to the trip date is required for a refund on all overnight trips. All prices include everything needed for fishing; fishing licenses, bait, rods and reels.
Lady Ann
Lady Ann is a sportfisher style with the cabin up front and a cockpit area in the back for fishing. She can carry up to 16 passengers on day trips, up to 10 passengers on overnight trips.

Escape is a walk-around style boat with the cabin in the center of the deck and fishing space all around the perimeter of the boat. She can comfortably fish groups of up to about 28 on day trips. Escape can legally carry up to 38 passengers, but we recommend limiting it to about 28 on your private trips- this gives everyone more space and comfort and a more enjoyable experience. The Escape offers charters priced for groups of up to 14 in spring and fall. For June, July, and the first half of August, the charters are priced for groups of 20. She can carry up to 11 passengers on overnight trips.

Customary deckhand gratuity is 20% of the cost of the trip, which includes fish cleaning. Just bring some Ziploc bags. Bring a cooler of food and drinks for your group. No glass bottles please!
